Thanks for shopping at John Cox Pro Fishing. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Some items cannot be returned. These include: Book, CD, DVD that have been opened and any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To return an item:

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  3. Your item must include a copy of the receipt or other proof of purchase
  4. You must cover the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and email you that we have received your returned item and indicate whether you can receive a refund based on the inspection.

If your return is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account. You will receive the credit within 5-days.
